How can I upgrade my fixed monthly license to a fixed yearly/floating?If you have a monthly fixed seat license, it is technically not possible to upgrade to a yearly license. However, there is a simple solution. You would simply need to cancel your current license via the license center account (https://my.enscape3d.com/account#!/login) or by messaging us, which will cancel it to the next renewal date. Then, via the license center account, you can purchase a yearly license.
How do I move my fixed license to another machine?To remove or deactivate an Enscape License Key, for example, when you need to move the license to another machine, open the General Settings and click the Licensing menu option. Then click the Deactivate License Key button, which will unbind the license key from that machine, allowing you to activate it on a different machine.
How to cancel a subscription?You can cancel your subscription via your license center account https://my.enscape3d.com/account#!/login. Once logged in, you can press the “cancel” button next to the subscription. It will then be cancelled to the next renewal date.
Can you send me a renewal quotation for my upcoming renewal?We do not provide renewal quotes as we use an automated licensing- and invoicing system; renewals are processed automatically. Therefore, you will automatically receive the corresponding renewal invoice on the date of the renewal and no additional quote is required. What is the difference between a Fixed and Floating license?
- A fixed-seat and the floating license will provide you with the exact same set of features – in this respect, Enscape is the same, regardless of which license type you have. A fixed seat license is a license that is fixed to one machine at a time. You can easily transfer a fixed-seat license, by manually revoking it from a computer, and activating it on another one.
- With a floating license, you can activate the key on as many systems you want. Whenever you open Enscape, 1 seat is filled, up to a maximum of the number of seats you purchase. The seat is freed as soon as you close the Enscape window. This means: If you use a floating license, the total number of machines that use Enscape at a time must be equal or less than the number of seats you own.
How do I renew my license?All Enscape subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You will receive a confirmation email once renewed and the invoice within 24 hours of the renewal.
How can I view the usage of my floating license?Once logged into the license center account, the usage data of floating licenses can be viewed via the Stats button where you can choose to view data for the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 180 days. There is also a button here to download the data as *.csv file.
Can multiple people access our license at the same time?The amount of people who can access your software depends directly on the number of seats your subscription has. If you have 1 seat, only 1 person can use the software at a time.
Is the license bound to one CAD software?Enscape works with: Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Archicad, and Vectorworks. You do not need to purchase a separate license for each CAD software. Please make sure to check the system requirements here.

How to change payment method?You can update your payment method by logging into your license center account: https://my.enscape3d.com/account#!/login. Once logged in, if you hover over your account name in the right hand corner, you can select “payment method” to change your payment method.
How do I find my invoice?Invoices can be found by logging into your license center account here. Once logged in, click on the account name in the right hand corner and select “Invoices”.
How do I add a PO number to my invoice?You can click on the “Add Comment” button to attach a note to the invoice. Please observe that any comment you add is just for your own records, and no action or message is sent to Enscape this way.
