With creativity and customer focus, we develop innovative products and services that address our customers' needs and make a lasting impact.
We adapt quickly and thrive in change. We identify problems and provide solutions.
We do not fear mistakes – we learn from them, making us stronger and wiser.
We make a positive impact on society by supporting local communities and charitable causes. We embrace and promote diversity and inclusion.
We are proud to create products that help our customers find better ways to visualize our world. To do that, we constantly tackle difficult problems and conquer new challenges.
In this, we know perfection is the enemy of excellence, so we’ve abandoned the illusion of perfection. Instead, each of us strives to be excellent and do our best every single day.
Which is why we proudly own the end results of our work. We celebrate our successes and take responsibility for our mistakes. We trust that everyone around us is capable and responsible to do the same.
We create an environment of trust by treating each other with respect, empathy and genuine interest. We think of others as we think of ourselves – capable, resourceful, and with good intentions.
We help others grow by sharing our knowledge and experience, offering encouragement and support, empowering each other in the process.
We understand differences are not a threat, but an opportunity to enrich our own perspectives. We grow by learning from those we meet, and by coming together, we achieve amazing things.
We welcome feedback as it is a powerful path to improvement. With productive feedback, we grow, learn, and become more effective and efficient. That’s why we give feedback generously, thoughtfully, and graciously. And we accept feedback in the same way.
We listen carefully with an open mind, to understand how the people around us think and feel. When we disagree, it is with respect and kindness.
Words connect us. We speak clearly, with context and reasoning behind our ideas and decisions.
