In the Enscape menu bar, you’ll find the Feedback button that you need to press when you want to send feedback and logfiles to the Enscape Support team. This Feedback option, where in the Enscape ribbon, or in the top level menu, should always be available for use, and you do not have to start or open Enscape to have access to it.

By clicking this button, you can write us a message and include log files. The checkbox named Include log files into Feedback should be checked by default, but it is worth checking this before submitting the form. Your messages go straight to our support team who are on standby to help fix whatever troubles you might be encountering. If we can’t fix it right away, the feedback and log files let us know where to focus our efforts to make the next version of Enscape the best it can be.
No data about your project will be sent to us in the logfiles, and we will only see technical information regarding any errors from Enscape. We also receive information about your system specifications, which can help us recommend the correct driver to allow you to get the most out of your Enscape experience.
