In November 2017 we launched the new license center. Therefore all existing clients received an email with further instructions and your personalized link. Please lookup in your mailbox (from Nov 29th 2017) and involve your account administrator if necessary.

If you need further assistance please write an email to support@enscape3d.com including your company name, the email address associated with your original purchase (you can view this by clicking the [About] window in the Enscape menu) and the email address that shall be linked to the account.
