The building performance add-on that empowers your workflow,
making your ideas sustainable from the start.
Enscape Impact, developed in partnership with global climate tech company IES, is a brand-new add-on designed to seamlessly integrate real-time rendering with building performance metrics. It empowers you to optimize building performance and sustainability directly within your workflow to enhance your creative vision.
Enscape Impact offers the following features for a seamless, intuitive experience:
Quickly calculate and evaluate key metrics as you design. See the data manifested within the render, making it easier to comprehend and communicate the impact of design decisions.
Perform analysis directly within your workflow to determine the energy efficiency and sustainability of designs early in the process. Enscape Impact directly integrates with most popular CAD and BIM tools, allowing you to maintain creative flow without interruption.
Establish a baseline analysis with only a few data points, including location and building type, to access fast and actionable insights.
Showcase the energy performance of your building design with easy-to-read charts and diagrams that intuitively display how geometry adjustments impact performance. Comprehensive tooltips provide easy-to-understand guidance for beginners in building performance concepts.
With a shallow learning curve, Enscape Impact enables you to prepare and run a dynamic simulation effortlessly, even without extensive training.
Fast energy analysis provides immediate insights into building performance impact, facilitating quicker decision-making.
Through a shorter and quicker feedback loop and efficient early-stage design corrections, carbon emissions, and project timelines can be reduced, as can design costs.
Designed to help architects and engineers communicate effectively, ensuring designs are both sustainable and more efficient.
Buildings account for almost 40% of global energy-related carbon emissions. Forecast your building’s energy consumption and assess the key-performance metrics of your building, with fast and easy energy modeling simulations.
Enscape Impact allows you to perform early-stage design optimization and shortens the feedback loop, leading to buildings which are more energy efficient and cost-effective to build.
You can adjust your design, and analyze a building's performance without leaving your design environment, giving you immediate feedback on Peak Loads, Total Operational Carbon Emissions, Energy End Use, Energy Use Intensity, and more.
Unlike standalone building analysis tools or traditional CAD software without integrated analytics, Enscape Impact lets you make data-driven decisions quickly, enhancing both the aesthetic and functional quality of buildings while ensuring cost-effectiveness and energy efficiency.
Click the Enscape Impact button on the Enscape toolbar to get started. Follow the tooltip pop-ups that appear over each metric for guidance.
Generate baseline analysis by inputting data such as the location, building type, and construction year.
Modify and benchmark data and see the results in real time. The results are integrated into the Enscape render.
Enscape Impact is fully compatible with major CAD and BIM software tools, such as Revit, SketchUp, Archicad, Rhino, and Vectorworks. The building energy modeling tool transforms architectural design by embedding energy analysis directly into the visualization process. Currently available for Windows.
An add-on is a supplementary tool that extends the functionality of the Enscape core product, giving you a more intuitive and flexible way to empower your design workflow. Enscape Impact is an add-on to Enscape, having its own identity and offering additional value to the design workflow.
Enscape Impact costs 360$ / 327€ per year, but for a limited period of time, everyone interested in this newly added building performance add-on can get it at a promotional price of 250$ / 227€ per year. See full pricing information
Enscape has minimal hardware requirements that make it accessible and avoid the need for high-spec equipment. No extra capabilities are required to run Enscape Impact along the core product.
The licensing model for Enscape Impact matches the behavior of existing core Enscape product subscription models. This means that if a customer uses it with a fixed Enscape license, the Enscape Impact license acts like a fixed one, but if it’s attached to a floating license, it will also be floating.
