How can I upgrade my fixed monthly license to a fixed yearly/floating?
If you have a monthly fixed seat license, it is technically not possible to upgrade to a yearly license. However, there is a simple solution. You would simply need to cancel your current license via the license center account (https://my.enscape3d.com/account#!/login) or by messaging us, which will cancel it to the next renewal date. Then, via the license center account, you can purchase a yearly license.
How to cancel a subscription?
You can cancel your subscription via your license center account https://my.enscape3d.com/account#!/login. Once logged in, you can press the “cancel” button next to the subscription. It will then be cancelled to the next renewal date.
Can you send me a renewal quotation for my upcoming renewal?
We do not provide renewal quotes as we use an automated licensing- and invoicing system; renewals are processed automatically.Therefore, you will automatically receive the corresponding renewal invoice on the date of the renewal and no additional quote is required. Here are our current prices, per seat:

What is the difference between a Fixed and Floating license?
- A fixed-seat and the floating license will provide you with the exact same set of features – in this respect, Enscape is the same, regardless of which license type you have. A fixed seat license is a license that is fixed to one machine at a time. You can easily transfer a fixed-seat license, by manually revoking it from a computer, and activating it on another one.
- With a floating license, you can activate the key on as many systems you want. Whenever you open Enscape, 1 seat is filled, up to a maximum of the number of seats you purchase. The seat is freed as soon as you close the Enscape window. This means: If you use a floating license, the total number of machines that use Enscape at a time must be equal or less than the number of seats you own.
How do I renew my license?
All Enscape subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You will receive a confirmation email once renewed and the invoice within 24 hours of the renewal.

How to change payment method?
You can update your payment method by logging into your license center account: https://my.enscape3d.com/account#!/login. Once logged in, if you hover over your account name in the right hand corner, you can select «payment method» to change your payment method.
To what address do I send my check to?
- US: If you are sending a check from the US, please mail it to this address, including the invoice number: Enscape Inc. 80 Pine Street, Floor 24 New York, NY 10005.

Do you provide any discounts?
We currently are providing a volume discount, starting with purchases of 5+ licenses purchased at one time. If you think your order would qualify for a volume discount, please contact us for a quote. The volume discount is only valid when purchased via quote. Please include the following information: company name, contact name, address, email address, type, and quantity of license.
I can’t find the payment button.
Once a payment method has been updated, it will automatically be charged within 24 hours.

What should I do if my Enscape is Crashing?
First, please ensure your system meets our Minimum Hardware Requirements. If it does, make sure you have updated your graphics card drivers and that you are using the latest version of Enscape. If you still experience issues after updating these two things, you can send us an error report via the feedback button, and we will take a look!
Can my machine run Enscape?

I installed Enscape but I can’t find it on my computer.
Since Enscape is a plugin, you will not find a separate icon to start Enscape. Rather, you will find the Enscape menu when you open your CAD program. If you initially do not see the Enscape menu or ribbon, you might need to enable it.

How do I get a student license without an academic email address?
If you do not have an academic email address, you can provide us with a
proof of enrollment document. The document must be issued by your school, have a
current date and show your full name and the name of your university.
Do you offer licenses for educators?
Yes! If you are an educator, you can apply for a free license here using your academic email address.

Your end user can either purchase directly through us or you can submit a contact form with the following information (for your company and the end user) to receive a quote: company name, contact name, address, email address, type and quantity of license.
Our PO number is not appearing on an invoice. How can we fix this?
Is your invoice for a renewal of an already existing subscription? If so, we have most likely not received a new PO number from you. If you have one you would like us to add, please send it to us and I can send you an updated invoice. You can also easily add your own PO number via your license center account, by clicking «add comment» next to the specific invoice.
