Using the Support Button

Overview

In the Enscape menu bar, you’ll find the Support button that you need to press when you want to send feedback and Logfiles to the Enscape Support team. This Support option, whether in the Enscape toolbar or in the Archicad’s top level menu, should always be available for use, and you do not have to start or open Enscape to have access to it.

The Support Dialog

Clicking the Support button allows you to contact Enscape Customer Support if you have an issue with Enscape. The checkbox named Include Logfiles should be checked by default, but it is worth making sure that is the case before submitting the form as these log files help support staff provide a rapid solution.  Your messages are delivered directly to Enscape Customer Support who are on standby to help resolve any issues you might be encountering when using the software.

Which log files are being sent to Enscape?

No data about your project will be sent to us in the log files, and we will only see technical information regarding any errors from Enscape. We also receive information about your system specifications, which can help us recommend the correct driver to allow you to get the most out of your Enscape experience. For an even detailed overview, you have the option to send us your Windows Event Logs as well by marking the second checkbox under Enscape Logs.
