About Us

Leading Enscape Towards Success

In 2020, Christian Lang was appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Enscape. He took over from the founders Thomas Willberger and Moritz Luck and oversees Enscape’s global business strategy, product development, and operations.

A proven and successful leader, Christian has established a reputation for building high-performing teams and customer-focused products and cultures. Prior to joining Enscape, Christian was Vice President EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) for a global Software backup & recovery company and Vice President EMEA for a global Big Data company. In his 30-year career, he has held several senior leadership and management positions at CAD-Software corporations over the course of 23 years.

The AEC market and how architectural design will be done in the future is evolving fast. Being in a position to enable architects, designers, engineering, and construction companies so that they can design and build this future for all of us in a faster, much easier, much more efficient and better communicative way is very exciting.

Personally, for me, this is going way beyond just doing a job. Enscape is extremely well-positioned because of its cutting-edge technology, best in class customer services, and very talented young people.

We have everything in our hands to provide the best real-time rendering and design workflow optimization solution to our customers. With this, we have the unique opportunity to help evolve how architectural design will be done in the future.

In-Person (Virtual) Interview

The interview will take place with one or more colleagues from the team. Due to the current circumstances, these interviews will often be done virtually. While getting to know each other, there’ll be a professional exchange and you will have the opportunity to put us through our paces.

Trial Day

On the trial day, you have the opportunity to get a deeper insight into your future tasks and to get to know the whole team better. At the end of the day, you are welcome to give us feedback - also throughout the application process - because your opinion is important to us! In order to comply with official regulations, we ask that you wear a facemask while at the office and follow the appropriate guidelines.
