Does my license require internet access?
When using a monthly license, you have to connect to the internet once a month. This is necessary, to validate your license status. Once you allow Enscape to connect to the internet, you can use it one month offline, for example on your notebook.
For the yearly license, you have to connect to the internet once a year – after entering the license.
If you have a floating license, you have to be connected to the internet continuously. If the connection cannot be established, you get a watermarked output like in the expired trial version. It might be necessary to add an exception to your firewall for outbound traffic on port 80. If you need further assistance, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
